Vegan Banana Ice Cream

Want a healthy, delicious, low fat, non-dairy, non-soy alternative to ice cream? Give this banana ice cream recipe a try.

5 bananas (brown spotted)
1-2 dates
1 scoop PlantFusion Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Almond or Rice milk (less if thicker consistency is desired)

Slice bananas, place in zip-lock bag and put into the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen.
Put bananas, protein powder, cinnamon, dates and plant-based milk into the Vitamix and blend.
Consistency will be similar to soft serve.
Eat right away or place back into the freezer for a harder consistency.
