In my last post I mentioned that I would share with you what one of my training days consists of so here we go. First off I train 6-7 days a week. A day off is an active recovery day and based solely on how my body is reacting to the training program I’m on.
A typical day:
Wake up at 5:00 a.m. eat and go in for coaching
8:00 a.m. Workout #1 (usually a strength workout, not a metcon)
9:00-9:30 a.m. eat again (post-workout)
10:00-11:00 a.m. Coaching
11:00 a.m. Workout #2 (usually a gymnastics based workout)
12:30-1:00 p.m. post workout
1:00-3:00 p.m. Coaching
3:00-4:00 p.m. Workout #3 (metcon 1 of the day which is usually endurance based)
4:00-8:00 p.m. Coaching
8:00-9:00 p.m. Workout #4 (metcon2 of the day which is usually speed based)
9:00-9:30 Eat, Shower, and go to bed.
