This smoothie will offer you a great source of vitamin C, fiber, protein, and greens!

Protein: 22 g
9 frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana
2 scoops of Ground Based Nutrition Superfood Protein Smoothie Vanilla Creme
~12 oz. Tangerine juice (or orange juice)
~6 oz. water
In a blender (I prefer the Ninja), add frozen fruit, and Ground-Based Nutrition protein powder, proceed to pour 12 oz. of tangerine juice (or orange juice) and 6 oz. of water on top of the frozen fruit and protein powder. Layering the mix in this order will prevent protein powder from sticking to the bottom of the blender, and will also prevent clumping. Put the lid on the blender and blend until the ingredients have been fully processed into a thick smoothie form. If the mix is to thick just add a little water and blend again.
