
Made with my fave Nature’s Food Organic vanilla protein powder AND tofu, you’re getting quite the hefty dose of protein in every bite! Plus the oats provide a good sized serving of starchy complex carbs. Such a good competition diet treat. Perfect pre-workout snack too. You shan’t be disappointed, friends!
Ingredients:
2 scoops Nature’s Food Organic Protein in Vanilla Bean
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 hazelnuts
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup soft organic tofu
1 tbsp agave syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and roll into about 6 balls. Place in the freezer or fridge until they harden, and enjoy!
