romaine green drink

ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce
1 lemon or lime (juiced)
3 cups water
additional greens (optional)
cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
place all ingredients in a blender (i use a vitamix) and blend.
drink throughout the day .
This drink is amazing if you feel like you need a reboot! Give it a try and if you stick out for 30 days you’ll feel like a new person.
