What drives you to compete: to be a better version of myself.
What do you see as the biggest advantages of being a vegan athlete: It is a healthy lifestyle. Recovery is faster and overall health and wellbeing is better.
How would you describe your diet while preparing for a competition: I don’t look at it as a diet, but as a lifestyle. The foods I am eating are foods I enjoy every day anyways and then just tweaked as I get closer to competition.
Favorite food in your prep diet: Fruit and Walnuts!
How would you describe your training for a competition: I start with a lighter weight with high reps and then go heaviest at my last set with less reps.
Favorite exercises: Love all of them but I feel cool when doing pullups.
How many hours a week do you spend training?: 5 hours or less.
Today I am most proud of: how far I have come in my own physique and for getting into bodybuilding.
