Why you became a Vegan: Because I was born this way and continue to stay vegan because I feel it’s the best thing for my body

History Competing: Started in 1999 winning my first teenage bodybuilding show and continued with many more shows and wins

What drives you to compete: I grew up skinny and small and having so many naysayers. I also have a passion for the human anatomy and love to witness my physique alter and transform before my eyes

What do you see as the biggest advantages of being a vegan athlete: For me is breaking all the stereotypes and barriers that vegans can’t bodybuild

What types of supplements if any do you use?: Lots of vitamin C, B12, multi, PQQ, glutamine, bcaa’s, pre workouts at times, extra calcium/potassium and colloidal silver

How would you describe your diet while preparing for a competition: Very very strict, clean and precise

Favorite food in your prep diet: Cashews

How would you describe your training for a competition: Very intense

Favorite exercises: Leg Press, Pull Ups and Pec Flys

How many hours a week do you spend training?: 12-14hrs

Today I am most proud of: Winning the biggest show this year, Eastern USA’s that was Nov.16, 2013. Furthermore, the first time competing in women’s physique division and winning overall and breaking boundaries!
