I’m eight weeks out from my first show of the season, and these cookies totally hit the spot while providing 31 grams of protein for only 160 calories! I like to serve these with just a smidge of sugar-free jam. Enjoy!
1 scoop Vega Sport Performance Protein, Chocolate
2 T Vital Wheat Gluten
½ t Baking Powder
¾ c Water
½ t Vanilla
½ t Liquid Stevia
Preheat oven to 350.
In small bowl, combine dry ingredients (Vega, VWG & baking powder). In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Add wet to dry; stir until mixed. Arrange as 12 small cookies on a baking sheet, and press each dough mound down slightly. Bake 20 minutes and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
