Why you became a Vegan: i was vegetarian for 5 years then decided i should be a vegan what am i waiting for? Best decision i ever made at first it was for health reasons then slowly become more about being a voice for the animals and the environment.

What drives you to compete: getting stronger,pushing my limits and showing what you can do on a vegan diet.
What do you see as the biggest advantages of being a vegan athlete: recovery!!!!!!!!!!! rarely do i get sore from a workout .adversity!!!!!!!!!! when your the only vegan in an event you want to prove your just as good if not better than your competition.
What types of supplements if any do you use?: Pea and Brown rice protein, BCAAs, & Creatine Monohydrate.
How would you describe your diet while preparing for a competition: whole foods(fruits,veggies, & grains)
Favorite food in your prep diet: Smoothies !!
How would you describe your training for a competition: my training these days is simple.i usually lift 4 days out the week.sometimes i add in more days.reps in 1-5 range for my big lifts and high volume accessory work.deload weeks when my body needs a rest.
Favorite exercises: squats (love/hate relationship),bench press,deadlifts,ohp (overheard press),overhead walk,weighted chinups,pullups and dips
How many hours a week do you spend training?: without cardio or accessory work 4-6 hours,with cardio,main lifts,accessory and basketball 8-10 hours
Today I am most proud of: doing a powerlifitng meet and getting stronger !
